Location and pool area

when we checked in we were given no information about the area ie what there is to do and places to visit we were just handed a map . The Breakfast area was dark there were 2 large open black bins that food was scrapped into by the drinks and toasting machine which was not something I would expect in a 4 star hotel and quite frankly not pleasant to see . The rooms are ok although one day ours was only half cleaned leaving the bed unmade and bins not emptied

Beach front. Property was clean.

Valet parking. Not worth it. Also not as seemless and expensive for no reason especially since I didn’t have another choice.

"Everything was fabulous EXCEPT"

Ambiance, location, views, decor, restaurant, poolside bar, beach amenities. Staff was great. Restaurant dinner was OUTSTANDING (we were a little surprised!).

No clothing storage. Seriously. The closet with hangers is barely 20" wide, and there's no dresser or drawers anywhere to put your clothes in. I asked, and it wasn't an oversight, it's intentional in the design. In a suites hotel, that's NUTS. The staff brought us a small 36wx30H three drawer dresser because 4 adults shouldn't be living out of their suitcases on the floors.

I had dinner tonight at Harvest & Reel at the Embassy Suites, and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and the ocean view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful. I also want to highlight the valet parking service, especially Fabio. His professionalism and friendly personality — along with his funny accent — made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place!
