Breakfast excellent. Great location. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Balcony chairs insanely uncomfortable. Bed is ok but not great. No crowd/noise control. There was a wedding party there and they kept us up all hours of the night both nights we were there.

I really like the layout of the resort relaxing vibes first pit at night alot of places to lounge around by pool a must return for me

The breakfast was nice. Staff was very polite and the valet guys were extremely fast and organized.

Room was a connecting room which means the balcony had zero privacy and the walls seemed paper thin. Air-conditioning was set to 75 upon arrival which was comfortable but we set it to 72 and it never reached that temperature over 24hrs.

I’m super picky when it comes to beach resorts. I have yet to find a resort in Florida that compares to those in the Caribbean (St. Barths, Antiqua, Vieques, etc.) - I have FINALLY found that resort and it is here at the Embassy Suites in St. Augustine. Beautiful accomodations. Pool and Pool Service were stellar. Walks on the private beach - fishing off the pier - short car ride to historic downtown. Loved sitting on the balcony of my room watching the sunrise and sunset. I was NOT EXPECTING the levels of excellence provided by the entire staff. Fabio greeted us and took good care of us. Breakfasts are phenomenal and be sure to seek out Wendy D. (Server) - she was the best tour guide and gave us stellar recommendations as one of the days was rainy. Giuseppi was a riot at the front desk and was super helpful. I travel over 200 days a year for business and pleasure - by far this takes the cake as an OUTSTANDING beachfront resort - will be back again and again for sure. Also the property is very dog friendly.

Have been here multiple times for day passes to enjoy the pool and have never been hassled for wristbands or anything else. However, today was a completely different story. Just a couple weeks ago day passes passes were inexpensive. Cut to today and now it’s through a third-party and $95 a person. Also, the people working were extremely rude, which is a first at this establishment in my experience. Communication between their valet staff and their front desk about the process to get a day pass is completely uncommunicated between the parties. Very disappointing from a locals perspective. It was a huge selling point to be able to go saddle up to the bar have a few drinks and enjoy a pool for the day. Been planning a staycation here and now, don’t even want to. Absolutely disappointing and as Hilton Honors members completely dissatisfying.
