Shout out to employee Janet.....cleaner extraordinaire. She keeps the lobby and bathrooms very clean. Plus, she is very nice and happy to chat with guests.

First time visiting this hotel. It's been on my list for a few years, and finally checked it out. We loved the relaxed atmosphere & amenities. Staff was pleasant, and the kids activities during the day were nice too. Plenty of hang out areas, and felt safe enough for kids to run around alone. Room was nice, but the only down side was the pillows were so flat. They could use a revamp! We asked for more but they were still so dull.

Janet (housekeeping dept) is the friendliest staff member. She's a true gem! Plus she stays on top of the lobby cleanliness and bathrooms

The lobby area and lobby bathrooms are immaculate! Met Janet in housekeeping and she is a breath of fresh air!

The rooms were clean and my young children loved the pool. The staff were both friendly and helpful.

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel for a conference and this hotel was great. The location on the beach was nice, and it was a nice, easy walk to the beach. The hotel has a really good-sized pool area facing the ocean with food and drink available. The meeting space was perfect for our conference, and everything was professionally done. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in the St. Augustine Beach area.

ABSOLUTELY love this place. We try to get here as often as we can. This place is very family friendly but also very couples oriented. It’s set directly on the beach. The aesthetics are beautiful. As much as we love it here because of the great Florida weather and the beautiful beach views the main reason we ALWAYS return is because of the wonderful employees. The breakfast crew is second to none. We look forward to seeing Daryl and Michael at every visit. These two gentlemen and i mean GENTLEMEN are the absolute BEST! They are so inviting and hard working. They remember us EVERY TIME!!!!! Thank you for all you do. Looking forward to seeing you soon. p.s Daryl…….. GO COWBOYS!!!!!
