We got there an hour after check in and our room still wasn't ready, i had just driven 5-6 hours and then had to wait even longer to check into my room

Front desk person during checking did multiple charges on my credit card while checking me in. Stay away from this place. It was multiple Facebook purchases with $2.54 charges ×10. This place is awful stay away. Be aware of front desk guy during checking as he doing some tricky things.

Really, the customer service at the check in and out was underwhelming. They weren't rude, but not personable. I don't need to be entertained, but there's def room for improvement on how they interact with customers. Elaborate, smile, say hello, etc.

"I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff and breakfast was excellent. But the room and parking was an inconvenience."

Staff was friendly

We struggled every night to get parking. There were construction workers that stayed there and would take half of the parking lot to park their construction vehicles. We booked three rooms and they were not able to give is the rooms together. Also one of our rooms was always very stuffy. The AC did not work.
