I’ve been here before, it’s clean and affordable! Will come back again

This hotel is extremely dated, run down and dirty. No air conditioning, radiators always on, hot stuffy rooms, worn carpets, old furniture. Hasn’t been touched for decades.

Dated hotel. Poor service from staff. Very basic facilities. Dirty and worn corridors and stairs

me and my friend came to stay for a festival, it was adequate for the price and considering we didn’t spend much time there, however, we did not receive fresh towels, and the maid service was non existent! We left mugs on the first night that were left for 3 days! The bins were also an issue! Staff were also unfriendly.

Room and bathroom was clean and quiet great staff helpful and friendly Front reception and stairs a little tired. Stairs difficult with a large case Town of Hale delightful.

Basic room, tired but reasonably clean. (Eg, bathroom door didn’t close, broken loo-roll holder etc). Some staff totally disinterested. Acceptable for the price.

Very dirty hotel, staff don’t care. They said there is no manager so the staff and cleaners do what ever they want. The cleaners never clean the rooms they just throw the towels in the room or leave them on the bag outside your your door. The price of the hotel is not worth the service they provide nor the condition of the hotel

The hotel was good, friendly staff, plenty of space for clothes and beds comfortable the only fault was that the carpet was stained and furniture dusty it this was seen to it would be a first class hotel.
