Just a Word: DIRTY. we booked for a week and After we came in we Need to cancel the reservation, because the room was a mess. RUBBISH

It's just so run down and no soap or shower gel in the bathroom. Room smelt of cigarette smoke and the chair was stained and mould inside and around the window.

It was disgusting filthy I have made a complaint to yourself I would advise you to cancel this hotel from your programme

Disappointed bar and meals not available but handy for shops woulld go again

Bit too noisey with 2 men running up hallways and banging loudly on doors. Went on for 15 mins. Plus loud voices.

Firstly curtains where on floor when I entered the room although someone did come and fix them. The room was dirty and unkempt. Although advertised there was no hair dryer or iron.

Hale has some very good restaurants such as La Familgia . This is a typical Brittania hotel...cheap & in a good location, however, would only stay here if you absolutely had to !!

The hotel condition interior is typical of most Britannia hotels at which we have stayed....and never will again, due to several attacks on our vehicle/ unclean and dirty bedroom and lobby conditions, unhelpful and bored staff

Bit dated but clean. Nice friendly staff. Tv not up to much in bedroom. WiFi non existannt. Had to use shop next door s WiFi 🤔
