The Ashley Hotel

The worst hotel I have ever booked and it’s expensive means nothing for customers. I will consider book another hotel via Expedia

It was very cold and yet heating was not functioning. Stated free wifi but there was no wifi provided

The old girl is looking tired but they are decorating the rooms but the staff are very helpful breakfast is very good will stay again

2 minuses: - no heating regulation in the room also reception couldn't do anything. The effect was that I had to cover myself with he jacket as it was too cold for me at night. - There was a kettle and tea in the room however there was no teaspoons. I asked the reception to bring it but they didn't.

I booked the hotel for one night in order to attend a party. The hotel is in need of a makeover however our stay was confortable. The bathroom was very clean but I noticed there was no extra toilet paper and some guest soap would have been appreciated. We were happy with an overnight stay.

Absolutely disgusting hotel - 1st class dump - STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! We had to have THREE rooms before we had a decent one and that was rubbish! Broken TV, torn curtains, broken open window, dirty, damp, ripped seats, no shower curtain. Management - you should be ashamed of yourselves, sort this mess out or close it down, anybody considering this for the airport, don't, sleep outside in the park, it's better. (Taxi was £13 to the airport)

Black Mold around the windows, dirty, dusty, moldy and run down room. Not cleaned or vacuumed, dirt on bathroom floor and rug, accumulation of dust on baseboards and night tables. Clean linens and towels. Hotel has charm, and a great location, but could benefit from a facelift. Worst hotel I've stayed in 35 years.
