Northwoods Inn & Suites Blackduck

Hotel was convenient to our needs for work, bed slept good was disappointed in no breakfast or swimming pool.

Very rundown, not maintained, pool not in service. No breakfast as described. Would not recommend to others

The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, and there was no breakfast because they could not arrange one. This place was sad, certainly not up to what I expect of a good hotel. Americinn should shut this place down

Pool was closed- no water in it. No continental breakfast Facility not in good shape. Lots of wear. On the plus side, pillows were good.

The owners were super nice. The room was clean, quiet and well furnished.

The photos of property were misleading. Pool was closed and very run down area. Rooms were acceptable but halls were dark and maintenance and laundry rooms were exposed and shoddy. Front desk personnel had no personality. Disappointed

NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST, NO COFFEE - this is just a MOTEL, broken screen on window and outlets were exposed. Hotel owner was not helpful when asked why it showed that it had amenities, said I could cancel but would still be charged.

This motel is in need of a facelift. Everything is old. The calking on the bathtub was missing or loose. The entryway, halls and the room have not been deep cleaned in a long long time. Our room smelled musty even after opening a window to air it out.

We were already prepared for poorly maintained exterior, no pool, no breakfast via other reviews. An older facility is OK, but dirty rooms are not. It’s clear the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned after each start and a deep cleaning of walls, upholstery, etc. Is long overdue. Even for a one night stay, we wouldn’t stay again.

I would not choose to stay at this AmericInn again. Respectfully
