"Nice hotel but not central"

Hotel is great for a few days in Lisbon if you want to travel around ,it’s a bit of a walk to places but you can get Uber’s or local transport to get around cheaply , room was spacious and clean as was bathroom , tv is ancient but we didn’t watch it so not a problem to us , staff polite and helpful , breakfast was ok enough to get you started for the day , we got a train to Sintra which I would definitely recommend as a day out , 11 euros by train for all day ticket , then we got a Tut tut round to see all the main sites ,

Great staff. About 15-20 min walk to old town. Room a little too warm and we couldn’t change the setting. Maybe for more passive tourists the room temperature is fine but for the likes of us who walk + 20 miles a day, we rather have our room extra cold. Overall, good experience and would reserve again.

"3 night business stay"

Hotel is in convenient location for both Saldanha & Parque Metro stops. Large bedroom - clean / comfortable. Plug missing from bath (had shower), A/C control panel a bit temperamental. Hot water in short supply before 7 am on one morning. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast quite good.

The hotel was mis-sold as it looks very similar to one of there other hotels but it is not anywhere as nice I was informed by staff that they have 20 hotels in Lisbon so be careful not to book the incorrect address

Hotel is old and in need of much renovation..... its qjite a bit out from city centre but fortunately there is a metro only 5 mins away. Food was only ok..... staff were friendly. If all you want is a bed to sleep then this would be ok. Also no spare plug sockets in my room....had to keep unpluging tv when i needed to charge my phone.
