TURIM Lisboa Hotel

Great little hotel. Liked the location, the staff, the rooms, the food. I liked that it had parking, but it was tricky to park. If possible, rent a smaller car so you can manage the garage more easily.

In order to turn on the lights in the bathroom one had to have lights on in the bedroom. Not particularly good for those of us who need to go to the toilet during the night and don't want to wake our partners up. The TV was very old - 4:3 aspect - and the actual channel list bore no relationship to the printed list. The bed was comfortable.

after asking if there was a place close by to buy water was told that the mini bar had water so I used 2 330 ml bottles and on check out was charged 7 euros for it . the mattresses are not very new or good

Hotel decor may seem a little dated, but the very professional and pleasant staff made for an excellent stay for sightseeing in Lisbon. Just a short walk from Saldanha Metro which links directly to the airport, and only 2 streets away from Parque Metro which abuts the park leading down to Avenida da Liberdade. Gulbenkian Museum only 10 min walk away. Great restaurant and cafe in next street above and a decent supermarket around the corner. Good breakfast and a good vibe in the small hotel bar. Quiet, large room at the back of the hotel. Turim have cracked the requirements needed for a stress free and comfortable stay.

Expected more, but acceptable. Short walk to lovely park.

Nice, affordable hotel in a quiet area within walking distance or metro ride to center of city and near many areas of interest.

The location is ok. There is a lot of humidity in the corredors and in the rooms. Really bad. There AC is fully managed by the reception desk so extremely inconvenient, inefficient and it doesn’t really work well. There isn’t any spare power outlets in the rooms so good luck charging your phones and etc. youngsters to rent your safe and the TVs are probably 20 years old or so. In summary, this hotel was probably 4 starts 30 years ago... not anymore. The staff is ok and tries to help but there is not much they can do. Breakfast is overpriced at per person in my opinion...

Great hotel. The staff were very obliging. We arrived early and got our room ready for early check in without a problem. Good sized room for the price we paid and a very comfortable bed. Very clean. Can't complain. Very friendly staff and a nice spread for breakfast.

It has been by far the worst hotel stay we have ever experienced. I don't know how it's rated 4 stars when it's a barely a 2 stars standard. Receptionists are rude, not helpful, arrogants and unpolite. Except for Hugo. They don't even bother to look at your face when you are talking. One of them even complain to me, that they were understaffed (only two working in the hotel), therefore they were unable to fix the phone on my room. One of the rooms has a extremely noisy A/C and the "brainy" suggestions from 2 different employees was: you keep calling when it gets too loud so we can turn it on and off how many times you wish. So, I should keep waking up when it gets too cold and ask to have the heat turn up and when the noise gets unbareable I call again to have it turned off?!? Talking about a peaceful and restful sleep that's not what we can look at staying in that place. The service from the reception is so off that looks like a prank joke. Not to mention the TV from the early 90s. So it's the elevator. It's a nightmare.

I had a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the spacious and pleasing room. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet street. A grocery store is nearby with a restaurant inside serving a nice variety of food.
