TURIM Lisboa Hotel

I had reservation for 3 night but unfortunately our connected flight had cancelled in London so, i arrived in Lisbon a day late, stay in Lisbon 2 nights only, however after long hours struggled at airport we ware glad to be in room to have shower and rest , room was Spacious, nice and cool wooden floor reasonable size of bathroom etc. Nothing to complain about property, beside there was constantl noise at night ( guessing, from water pipe) don’t know it there always or just that period. Over all clean, cozy, ok location.

the room is quite big and comfortable. The beds are good and the pillow is comfortable

This hotel is closed to the Metro and closed to the tourist buses. Fifty meters from a supermarket. and closed to many "pastelarias" and restaurants. Excellent walk (long walk) to the center taking "Libertadores Ave" from the hill. Paolo, the night recepcionist is the best of a great staff. We have the perfect choice for our next stay in Lisbon. Taking the room without breakfast was a great idea, because there are other places cheaper and with local menu for breakfast. There is a safety box in the room, but you have to pay for the key.

A few hours after making this reservation I realized I put in the wrong date. I attempted to change it with hotels.com who said the hotel could not help me. I then attempted to change it directly with the hotel which would have gladly accommodated me but said hotels.com had to do it. The end result was that I had to make a second reservation, paid another €100+ for the reservation on the 7th and lost my money for the reservation on the 14th. Not ok from any point of view. I've stayed at Turim before at another location which was much better (I highly recommend Turim Saldanha). The Turim Lisboa is an antiquated hotel that still has 19" analog tv sets in its rooms and only 2 electrical outlets. Service was average at best.

This is a good hotel. Our two rooms were large by average standards and had comfortable beds. Ours was quiet and served as a sufficient base from which to explore Lisbon. Some may find the hotel a little too far from the centre. We walked (30-45 mins pleasant stroll) or used the bus (ca €1.90 each from Rossio). Our only criticism was that the staff needed to smile more. Only 1 of the 5 or so we had contact with was a happy, smiling, little chap who went out of his way to help (especially with gin & tonics!!) . The others shouldn't be working in a hotel in my opinion. We didn't eat in the hotel at all so we cannot comment on the food. We used the car park (€15 per night) and also the room safe (ca €2.50 per day oddly but at least there was a safe).

We needed to check in early and it was no problem. Our room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Just returned after a week in Lisbon. Pleasant , relaxed hotel and all needs catered for. We were on self catering so did not use restaurant facilities but there was a decent sized restaurant there available for breakfasts and dinner in the evening.The staff were pleasant , helpful and could not do enough for you , although at times it appeared there was a shortage of staff available when the bar , reception area got busy. The staff on duty did there best to accommodate everyone, serving drink, phoning taxis, giving information etc. the rooms were reasonable sized, comfortable and cleaned every day.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was particularly helpful when I had a problem with my airline tickets. I had four people working with me, calling the airlines, and making certain that my tickets, which were inadvertently canceled by the airlines, were reinstated, and I was able to get my boarding passes. It isn't often that a hotel extends this kind of personalized service. They were courteous and caring.

Nice hotel about 3 minutes walk to the blue line and 8 minutes to the yellow line . Friendly and helpful staff . The negatives bed was uncomfortable and only outlet located in the bathroom.

Staff more than helpful. Hotel very clean.Easy for transportation into centre of Lisbon. Lovely breakfast. Very reasonably priced.Stay again.
