"Amazing staff"

The staff was amazing. I had an issue with a neighbor and a bathing dog and the gentleman working the counter went above and beyond to make sure I got a good night's sleep.

The fact that someone had 2 dogs in their room when the hotel didn't accept pets. People are horrible.

It was close to the wedding venue we went to

They came into our room while we were sleeping and changed our toilet paper. Who goes into an occupied room in the middle of the night while the guests are sleeping?! I will not go back.

"Very cold pool. Missing shampoo and soaps. Average continental breakfast. Fairly clean."

We were traveling with our 7 year-old grandkids all day (10 hours). We stayed here because they advertise a “heated pool”, but the pool was very cold. Now people will say it is cold for adults but for two kids to say it was too cold after 10 minutes of play, it is too cold. The facility was fairly clean. We were missing shampoo and soap in our room. The Continental breakfast was decent. It was easy access right off the highway. If you just need a place to sleep this would be fine but if you wanted to actually use the pool I would look elsewhere.
