Location was good. It was very clean. A good value.

Breakfast was disappointing, the shower head was awful, and the fridge was broken. Our key cards didn't work the 2nd night and we had to go down and have them reprogrammed. Not a fan of the kiosk.

The bed was nice. Huge and comfy. And I liked the mirror because it has the light built into it. Check in was rather easy.

There was never staff at the front desk. Idk if that’s just how hotels are, but you had to use the phone to get someone to be at the front desk. And the shower situation was pretty terrible. The curtain was missing the inner waterproof layer, and the curtain leaves a huge gap due to the curtain rod being curved, so the curtain had to be inside the tub, and it got soaked. And water still gets on the ground. Otherwise, I noticed discoloration and maybe some stains on the bedding. I hope they were washed, but either way, I’m not too sure how to feel about stained bedding. Also the walls are pretty thin I think, you could hear people outside your room or in the room next to you.

No soap in the room. Called front desk and they said we could come and pick it up. We did. Thanks for your attention to this.

Breakfast consisted of an automated pancake machine, apples, dry cereal, yogurt, plain bagels, and a toaster. Coffee or hot water was also offered.

Desk personnel was there for check-in and never again.

Location and price

The information said there was a hot tub. That is false. That was 1 of the main reasons I booked here and then find out it was falsely advised. There is no one working the desk. No kleenex in room. Wanted a 1st floor room because we have trouble walking and was put on the second floor furthest from elevator.

Being next to food was great.

Our room was not great. I found a scab in our bed, the outlets wouldn’t hold anything in them (my sisters also were in another room and had the same problem, and the toilet was all chipped. Another couple we were with found underwear on the floor. The breakfast was just ok. I appreciate that they did have something. It was ok for a one night stay but I wouldn’t stay for multiple nights.

Did not reply to queries sent by text such as hours for pool. Beds very high and hard to get into for a short person.
