"Nice place to stay in Waterford"

Clean basic hotel. Bed was comfortable, room was large. Our room was on first floor near the lobby, our only complaint was the noise from the hallway and lobby could be heard in our room. A room on the upper floors would eliminate this problem. Breakfast was typical.

"Rocky start, comfortable end"

The breakfast was ok. Not a huge assortment, but fine. The day time desk staff was great. Toniya was wonderful.

When we arrived the room we were given had not been cleaned. We were given another room. When we turn on the heat, the heater smelled as if it might be burning and then the smoke alarm went off. We chose to sleep the night without the heat on. Not a problem, but not what I expect from Baymont. They fixed the heater/AC the next day and all was fine. But I won't return to this one again.

Nice room. Clean hotel. Could improve their in-room TV entertainment, however. All they offered is some basic package from Spectrum on a small (30” ?) TV. Could at least add a smart TV to screencast to…

"Convenient location, would stay again"

Breakfast was fine, glad there was oatmeal. The kids liked the pancakes. Bed was spacious. It was neutral as far as comfort goes. The pillows are too flat but thats probably a me issue. Room was spacious The location is very convenient and staff were nice The sink/counter was spacious which was helpful

Room has a light that kept blinking but we just kept that light off. Pull out couch could only be used by moving the side stand otherwise the air conditioner was in the way Its a bummer that the hot tub isnt there anymore, the pool is freezing!

The girl that checked me in was very rude. It was like I was interrupting her. I stopped in at 1;30pm and asked if I could check in early and she said if you give me an extra $25. I came back at 3pm. she was just as rude then. Otherwise the room was ok. toilet ran a lot
