Convenient location

Room had spiderweb in lamp. Chair had stains, did not feel comfortable sitting on it. Website said hot tub which was the main thing we wanted. No hot tub and pool was cold not heated enough.

The checkout kiosk was a terrible experience after a long day of travel. While it wasn’t the remote agent’s fault, it was hard to hear and took SOOO much longer than if there was a local employee behind a counter per usual. I’m certain someone local to this town would do that job. It makes me think Baymont chooses to save money on US employees rather than provide a good experience to customers.

Very clean and well cared for.

Computer / off sit check in. Breakfast was awful worth no healthy choices. Enough eggs for 1/2 a person.
