Sea Mist Oceanfront Resort

Horrible customer service and the managers were definitely not very helpful at all

Overall it was ok but losing water over night into the morning was very inconvenient to say the least.

There was mold in my hotel room which triggers my asthma and sinuses. I asked for towels and never received them. The kiddie pool area was closed down and I booked this hotel particularly for that reason. My grandchildren didn’t get to swim at the kiddie area because of water issues, but that wasn’t posted on the site before I booked. I was told upon check in that I could take my family to 2 other pools to swim but was kicked out which was embarrassing because we weren’t staying at that hotel. All around this was a terrible place to stay.

I did like the room,clean and nicly decorated. There was a problem opening the patio .... but the pools were closed the water park was closed door

Location on beach. Good Resort was old could use an update. Most of the pools closed. Need someone to come in n renovate entire place.

I will never come back to the sea mist . My four day trip Was enjoyable bkuz my family, but the WiFi didn’t work the entire time . The theme park was closed ,and that was the reason for my booking . Had a suite with a kitchen and they didn’t even have one frying pan we could use or Bowis. Do not waste ur money ,book elsewhere

Had to change my plans the night before at 9:00 I found out that their whole water park and all their pools were shut down by the health department I was lucky to get a place that accepted dogs wasn't the best of place but it was clean so I went over there to look and sure enough the water is still green it's all green and they have cockroaches in the rooms

Pool ia full of green water and a sign that says shut down by DHEC. Housekeeping non existent. Someone was banging on our door trying to get in at 2 am.

Resort water was empty, 3 Pools in front of "Dunes" was green, trash was everywhere, Sand all over floor, check in took almost an hour even with reservations, shower curtain fell down (not achored to wall).

Do not stay here! The property is not as advertised! No pools are working, the place should be shut down! Our room had a balcony that we could not use (stated they were renovating). I repeat do not stay here!
