I took and booked this online I get there having to pay a resort fee was not told that then I go to my room where the building it was so run down looking the elevator barely worked no one to help with luggage all the pools and water parks were shut down and get into my room with my dog there was no tv no toilet paper and no trash bags I called the number and they said it was because of the hurricane from last month and they said to go back to the office to ask them about all the other stuff so I did they didn’t have anything extra on hand and I asked them what am I supposed to do and they said nothing and the actual front desk didn’t even have phones they were having to messge the manger no response at all bc house keeping was gone it was the worst of the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel especially it supposed to be a resort. Then I was trying to find another hotel in the area to go to bc I told them I was checking out paying all this money for what??!! I’m in my car and 4 police suvs pull up I thought it was for me but it was for the hotel they blocked me in I could t get out they waked right in to the front desk and I really was not going to stay there at all I wouldn’t leave my dog there alone bc place was not safe. I give this hotel resort what ever it’s supposed to be a 0 out of 0 stars I will make sure to read the reviews from now on and don’t want anyone else to have to experience this and also got my money back from the hotel

Awful experience. Confusing layout (multiple buildings, separate parking). Staff with limited English had me photograph a tattered map taped on the counter (no physical maps available). Paid $45 resort fee despite unusable amenities ("no swimming" pool). Unlabeled card key. Paper bracelets were mandatory for security and resort use. Room in different building, unclear floor (elevator to second floor, then stairs). Poorly lit property, faded building name. Dirty room next to stairs, minimally furnished. Broken amenities (TV, fridge), noisy AC, clogged sink, sandy floor/bedding, dead cockroach. Worse conditions for two other families with us (cockroach infestations). Unresponsive front desk, broken phone number. Another family received an alternative room (no improvement, filthy, scary elevator). We moved to another hotel. This place should be removed from hotels.com.

Nothing compares to the pictures in the website dirty place totally desorganización and not control of what room are ready I’ll arrive at 3:15pm and I finally got my room at 9:00pm and the give me someone else room my husband almost got bitten for a dog when he opened the door so we went back to the office finally got a dirty room with sand on the floor and bug around the floor bathroom dirty we couldn’t open the balcony door because still under construction and the waters park that shows on the picture is dry un functional

The room had a few dead water bugs in we had to go across the street to the pool it say Ocean View but we did not have a ocean view then the TV did not work they said it was out so they said we will get a credit and 5 to 7 Days of our Resort fee have yet to receive a resort fee the one good thing is is right at the beach and you didn't have to walk far and the people at the front desk were nice I would only use this Motel if you was just using it to sleep in at night

"The best or whatever it was really good."

I got room at surf and it was actually good. Me and my family saw those people cleaning up our rooms and we got a room. The service was bad when we tried to get our key. Some person got mad over one of the ladies that worked there. Anyways we got ocean view and we smelled the sea water all the way at our hotel. And the pool was really cool. We saw some friends to and made friends. And we took a look around and we drives to some souvenir shops, so it was really amazing and we saw the sunset on our second day. It really beautiful.

I truly feel bad having to provide such a low star rating in all categories, however this has been the most disappointing property I have EVER stayed at! The main lazy river and pool areas are closed, they appear to be empty for quite some time, at least 2-3 other pools are closed around the property, all room doors and building surfaces, Exteriors are chipping or have major work needed, indoor pool bottom surface needs a new liner as it looks extremely old and chipping, and the only operational pool next to the indoor pool was also in mediocre condition with a lot of debris especially in the 1ft area…. We saw a roach in our room, and just about everything looks like its at least 20 years old inside the rooms, and the exteriors are all in original/deteriorating condition because the hotel was built in the 50’s, and it doesnt look like any effort has been made with the upkeep of the property. Every arcade or other amenity type space is closed and full of junk, most ice machines inoperable. Truly disappointing experience overall.

Tenants have to wait for room to be ready even after 16:00 and check-in. They have 6 hours to clean 10am-4pm, but even after check-in we forced to wait. Staff is not responsive and delaying room readiness for hours. When asked when the room will be ready, the staff replies: we don’t know, we’ll inform you once it ready.
