Our fridge stopped working and all our food went bad. The room floor was visibly dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned in forever. The couches, and chairs were so dirty they weren’t their original color anymore. Were also visibly dirty to sight. The balcony was locked, even when we booked an oceanfront room. Nowhere did it mention the hotel room balcony was going to be closed for “renovation” in that case that whole hotel building should’ve been closed if we didn’t get what we were paying for which was oceanfront and to be able to be out in the balcony in FRONT OF THE OCEAN. Couldn’t get a hold of no one in the main office. Called 5 times and no one picked up. TV’s did not work. One turned on and was programmed very bad with the remotes to the point where buttons did not match the operation of the tv and button. The internet provided for “guest” never popped up available. Second day stay our rooms weren’t cleaned up and stocked again with toilet paper. We had to go ask for a refill on toilet paper and towels. Do not recommend at all to book at this hotel. We’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that have been way better than this one.

Water park was shut down and outside the rooms were a little dirty…. No it was kind of a mess. The room was clean and tidy, but they need more renovations. Old microwave and old appliances in room. Old shower and bathrooms. My 9 year old stated , “Yeah it’s pretty bad.” Staff was great and available. Excellent manners and wanted to assist in every way! If some changes are made we would love to see everything working :).

The reason I booked these cuz of the watermark for my kids did not say nothing about water park being closed until I booked the hotel then I got a massage water park don’t work plus customer service sucks no towel no toilet paper TV did not work at all I told customer service they said they would fix it but they did not

This place is filthy. Absolutely filthy. I would NOT recommend this hotel. They need to shut it down and renovate the whole place man.

I'm just going to be honest here. We have gone to this hotel a few times because it's low cost and it's not "that bad", but if you're looking for something nice, it's not where you want to be. The main pool area looked like it hadn't been in use for years. The one that most people would probably want to use. The other pools around the property were fine and clean. The room was clean. No bugs. We had a beautiful ocean view. None of the ice machines worked, the elevator had a horrendous smell, and was dirty and sounded awful. The cable didn't work. The staff were average. Nothing wrong, just not exceptional. There were a lot of homeless people walking around. It's probably a good place for college kids or cheapskates lol. We really did enjoy ourselves, but it's definitely not high quality. I'm sure it exists, but it wasn't that bad of a place. I know my standards are pretty low, but I'm being straight forward about it. The inside hallways were not cleaned regularly. Basically, this looks like it may have been a really nice place at one time, but it was not kept up. The gym was also shut down and so was the jacuzzi and inside pool. Not the best, but not the worst either.

Checked in at 11:30! They stated our room wasn’t ready and they would call us to pick up key when room was ready! 4pm no call we went back to check in and the room still wasn’t ready! At 5:30 still no call!! After flying from 1215 am west coast to the east coast we really needed to get into a room and make the decision to book a nearby hotel! Never received a call! Dealing with a full refund by resort and Expedia will take time due to never staying there!! Pool slides no operational! Lobby carpet look like it’s never been vacuumed! Worst so called resort we’ve ever not stayed in!

Online advertising is not what you get when u arrive, pictures must been taken when it was new. Outside bar area has not been used in recent history, very poor condition inside, smell is bad, mold rust Thru out. Outside area’s around property are run down and in need of repair,

None of the rooms had cable also wasnt told the hotel water park was closed till after we payed the hold deposit. Had no washcloths or toiletries
