Front desk staff rude and very very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this property to someone I didn’t like it was so bad. Gave me a room on 10th floor and elevator would only go to the 8th floor room had Sheetrock falling off the walls and dirty with hair on all fixtures of the bathroom. I had went to ask for another room but the front desk staff was very rude in what ever I was explaining to them so they gave me my money back and I went elsewhere so if I could give negative numbers on the survey well you know what I’m trying to say DONT STAY HERE!!

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!. Listen to me when i say the price is not worth the trouble. First, none of the rooms have working tvs. We were switched to 2 different rooms. First room had stained sheets and wasnt oceanfront as requested. 2nd room was trashed with dirty diapers, feminine pads, and a multitude of other trash. 3rd and final room the bathroom light didnt work, bathroom ceiling leaked the entire time, electrical sockets were hanging out the wall in the bathroom, and our room door wouldnt stay locked or closed. Had to hunt down housekeeping to get clean sheets to change our beds because they wouldnt. Had to hunt down maintenance multiple times, as he said no one told him about the room issues. Then they stated they wouldnt process a partial refund because we stayed. No remorse, no apologies, and they wouldnt answer the phone to speak with Hotels.com to discuss the issues. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Never staying again

Terrible stay. There was no working television’s nor any working internet. When I went to complain about tv not working I was informed that they had been out for 2 weeks. This is information that should be giving before booking. There is also limited areas to swim. Most of their pools are closed. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this location. This was my first and very last visit.

THIS IS A HELL HOLE! Got there at 11a they took payment and said no room available took until 6p to get a room that was incomplete on cleaning. But when I saw the crew that was supposed to be cleaning on the catwalk smoking weed I could see why no rooms were available

This place is a scam. Be aware they will charge you the cancelation fee regardless of the situation they don't care if is their fault. I booked here a stay. The pictures on the post were not even close to reality. Upon arrival to the room right away you can feel a odor like mold it makes it hard to breathe. The room was dirty, there was no tv signal, no phone on unit, appliances were really old and some damage. The worst there was a big leak on the toilet so they sent someone to fix it but he took it apart it was ridiculous. So I went to the front desk. Joe an employee told me that they have no more rooms available so the only option was to void the whole stay. So I had no more option but to accept it. But later I found out that the cancelation fee never went back to my account. I went back to the hotel and I Sabrina the front supervisor was really rude and disregarded basically she didn't care about my experience and complain and she said that the money no matter what was not going to be refund. It was 374.69 dollars. So don't stay here.

Worst hotel ever! DO NOT BOOK. Expedia should be ashamed for having this listing. Absolutely nothing works. Not even the tvs

Water park was closed down. Tv was out the whole stay. The place was dirty. One of the pools had no swimming cdc on it. The bed was hard as a brick.

I booked this last minute and I paid the price for it. The room was literally dirty! Dirt on the floor, sand on the floor etc. The room door wouldn’t stay shut unless you slammed it! There’s no linen services. The only good was the pool because clearly no one was there. I have never stayed in a place like this and my impulsivity for a weekend getaway when so many hotel were booked, resulted in me staying in this nasty place. Never again.
