"Rooms are declinging not as clean as prior either"

Breakfast staff woman (blond)was awesome. Went above a beyond everymorning

Front desk staff told us we could change cards before sunday . We check in friday for 2 rooms friday night other person arrived and couldnt change cards because they had already charge the card full price for bpth rooms. Man at desk was very condensing didnt get the fact it was a debt card and they took 1400 out

Very clean and comfortable

The hotel charged an extra fee because we lived in the city. That deposit was unexpected and not communicated in the booking app.
