"5 star service"

This hotel was centrally located and easy to get to anywhere in Buffalo. Even convenient to head to Niagara Falls. Aaron at check in was so accommodating and professional. When we returned in the evening, Desmond remembered us and welcomed us back with a cheerful smile. In a time where it’s hard to find good service, this property is 5 star luxury in that area. Totally impressed.

I have been coming to this hotel for the past year for business. The staff at the front desk are the absolute best. Housekeepers and maintenance are also super friendly. I have had some instances where I have had to stay at other hotels as they were sold out and the staff here is the reason I keep coming back! Thank you for the Incredible customer service always!

I had to flush the toilet 5-6x before it cleared, shower curtain should be replaced, the furnitures are old, overall it's clear to see that everything is worn out and the place is in need of a new look, staff was approachable and friendly.
