Towneplace Suites Abq Airport

My stay was great! I was checked in within five minutes. The rooms were very clean and we were provided great body wash, shampoo, and conditioner!

The staff was amazing! Courteous, efficient, helpful. Assistant Manager Lujan was outstanding!

Great service. Reviews for this hotel may be reflecting the location, which isn't fabulous. But it's consistent and has Marriott-class service. This hotel is under-rated. I've stayed there twice for a week each time.

Hot tub was awesome way to finish our vacation

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was good size and clean. The queen size bed was comfortable. The staff seemed friendly. On the downside, our air conditioner did not work, and I have to believe that they knew it. After reporting the problem very early in the morning, I had to call a second time later in the day, before we were able to get a maintenance worker to confirm that the unit needed to be replaced. The air worked fine afterwards. The hotel towels were fairly worn out. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. We expected a little nicer, since our hotel rate was quite high during this time of the year.

This was a great hotel for staying in ABQ. Clean, newer, quiet, and far enough from the freeway so it didn’t get the noise. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Read a lot of reviews for Albuquerque hotels and everything sounded shady and scary. Didn’t seem to be a great selection - I am so glad I found this one. Will absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. The breakfast eggs were not very fresh and the choice of pastries inadequate. T

The internet, and internet TV, was terrible, no internet connection to the tv . None of my apps were available for the whole stay. Talked with the manager and basically was ignored. The manager said he would check with the provider and never called me back. Bad service
