Towneplace Suites Abq Airport

This hotel was clean, close to everything ans had good staff.

Had a good stay here. They are pet friendly so it works good for us .

After driving 16hrs from Louisiana, I was happy to see that the hotel was inviting to the eye. While checking in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only few complaints were minor and the manager had no problem helping me out with two of them. Our first night there was somewhat uncomfortable due to the room not cooling properly. Once staff was informed, they promptly moved us to another room. I have 4 kids, so I mainly chose t his hotel for its amenities, the Netflix was not working in one of our rooms. The site manager did refund me and apologized for the inconvenience. Every vacation, our two bedroom suites have two baths as well, so I was shocked to see only one bath, but overall, our stay was very pleasant and we will stay there again. I forgot to mention, compared to all the other hotels with two bedrooms, this one was the best priced.

Best hotel to stay in the area. Close to restaurant, stores, gas station, community park, etc.

I loved the overall feeling and quietness , of the outside.. now with that being said.. the hallway was noisey. once you were in the hallway you could hear it all. But once we were in our room it was quiet. The AC control was cracked and the elevator was tagged. Among other places you could tell they covered up.

Our smoke detector in one of the rooms had a wash cloth with a rubber band covering it. There was also a red tinge stain in the bathtub.

The place is outdated on hotel furniture, tv stand was very low Beds were very uncomfortable

Overzealous enforcement of stupid NM COVID-19 regulations. Masks required even out doors. Masks that have been shown to probably cause more harm than good. Bunch of deferred maintenance. Need to replace TV and microwave. Beds not up to Townplace standards.
