Towneplace Suites Abq Airport

Staff at front desk needs training to do their job. It took me 40 minutes to check-in. Also, the pool which is advertised as an amenity at the hotel was closed during my stay. "Sorry" does not allow a hotel to not deliver on what the hotel advertises. I would expect this kind of service from a hotel that costs 50% of the price of my stay. This experience has colored my desire to stay at Townplace Suites in the future.

The suite was beautiful and had everything we needed. Staff very professional and helpful.

The staff was great and very helpful, our room was was huge and very clean, the location was in a beautiful area.

I booked this for a week long stay because it was advertised as having a “fully stocked kitchen” and we wanted to be able to eat in to save money. Well..., it was not exactly equipped. It seems like the kitchenette was not actually designed for real cooking ... the ventilation system was non existent so the smells from cooking hung around the entire time. We also had to ask for a pan and the one knife available was nearly useless. That plus the hot tub being closed due to resurfacing made our stay a little disappointing. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff, especially the ladies staffing the breakfast area. But we probably wouldn’t return as we usually stay a week and want to be able to cook some of our own meals.

We had a great stay albeit the weather and closures. They have a good continental breakfast included in the cost. Clean rooms and good location.

We loved it. Clean, comfortable room with 2 bedrooms so son could be in his room while we were in the living area at night. Well equipped kitchen so we were able to cook some meals and not eat out all the time.

Hotel was nice. Front desk friendly even at midnight. Breakfast was okay. Nice selection for the type of food they had. Would stay again
