Towneplace Suites Abq Airport

We were looking for a two bedroom suite. This property had the room we needed. Once in the room, one of the chairs was so dirty looking we didn’t want to sit on it. The ceiling had boot prints on it. The door in the bathroom had hair on it. The beds and linens were very clean but the room needed attention.

We traveled to Albq with our twin toddlers for dr appointment. We stayed in the suite and the hotel staff provided play pin for our girls. The check in was easy and quick, the staff was friendly, breakfast was limited to go due to covid, but hotel was clean and perfect for our family. It is near a busy street so if your a light sleeper just be advised you might need some back ground noise.

Everything was good with the exception of the tub in the bathroom. There is no grip or rubber and my elderly mom fell and injured herself. I also didn’t receive a call or follow up regarding the incident after I reported it and that was very disappointing. Other than that the hotel was good.

They could up grade on the beds a little more higher beds

Front desk employees were very nice rooms were clean but if u stay more then one day housekeeping is unable to clean up room because of Covid

Very nice stay at Towneplace Suites Albuquerque Airport. Very comfortable beds, pillows and comfortable furniture in the living area. Clean, comfortable surroundings. Love the two separate bedrooms for two women traveling together. Expected two bathrooms tho. One large bathroom to share. At least the bathroom is not in one of the bedrooms. It is available to both bedrooms.

Location was perfect for the activities with my family. Had no problems

The staff wa courteous and friendly! The rooms were exactly what we needed and after a hot day the pool was nice and cool! They are also within a stones throw of a surprisingly good Applebee’s restaurant, a fudruckers and a fantastic brewery called 337!! Caught an Uber to knob Hill for less than $6.

Staff was good but overwhelmed with Senior Olympic guests. Room was nice but walls were paper thin. No room to sit in breakfast area. Too many guests although the breakfast was very good. Pool empty.
