"Excellent"

The property was an older one of the area. It is okay for a quick trip to get away. The biggest problem was the parking. I understand the property is right beside Sharky’s. However, the overflow parking was full as well.

Room was ok for the price. Got charged $27 to park a second car and they took a 50 dollar deposit up front. Parking was crazy. Had to park in the overflow because of the restaurant next door.

All of the staff I met were so friendly. The pool was very nice and the walk to be beach is clean. The room was clean and taken care of. It’s an older hotel so of course it’s not perfect but for the price it is a very nice stay ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody. Seeing the ocean off of the balcony is top tier.

The location is perfect. On the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Parking lot is limited and have to park in a different lot. The building needs update and renovation. Nice resort for a weekend.

"Not made for long stays"

Definitely not a place to stay for longer than a couple of days! The entire room could have used a good remodel but over all it was a place to stay and you get what you pay for! There was water damage on the ceiling and it stayed smelling of weed.

The hotel was dirty and old. No hair dryer, no extra towels and wanted the dirty ones back before they gave us new obes. No cafe like it said. No ice machine either. This place was more like an hourly motel! Horrible.

We didn’t have a broom and kept having to find staff to replace towels. Parking was a nightmare next to the restaurants, but we made it work. There’s like two outlets in the whole room. Elevator was iffy at times so my kids weren’t thrilled. It half worked. Bathroom was clean! Bed were comfortable and the view out from the room was pretty.

The area was convenient but I didn’t like that the parking lot is shared with a local restaurant. If parking is full hotel guests have to park in over flow parking across the street. The room didn’t seem to be cleaned well before we checked in. The bedsheets had to be changed and the floors were extremely dirty. The shower curtain looked to have mold on it.
