The Reef at Seahaven Beach Resorts

Bring your own sheets just incase theirs are not to your standards. Its on the beach with a view, but its run down. If it was priced higher I would never stay there. Good short beach trip on a budget. Was clean.

This hotel is in the perfect location in PCB. It is flanked by restaurants on either side. Both restaurants have great beach views. The beach access for The Reef is the best! and the pool was always busy with younger families and children. The room is dated, but it's clean. Our bathroom had been newly renovated in the last few years and was very nice. We will be staying there again soon!

Beds were falling in. No support up under them. Tv never worked or got fixed despite telling the front desk 5 or 6 times over the course of 2 days. Balcony door would not lock. Black mold was all over but had just been painted over. Bathtub was dirty when we got to the room. Only nice thing was the AC was very cold.

Dirt all over the floor.

The absolute worse place we ever stayed at. The pillow cases and towels were stained. The floor wasnt swept or mopped. The AC was barely functional. The bed...omg.. it sunked in the middle, we didn't sleep a wink. The staff, while kind, were not knowledgeable. Not even if they have us free nights would I ever stay there again.

The hotel was dirty, the ceiling was leaking and had to ask to be moved. The next room they sent me to smelled like smoke. The next room still smelled and the bathroom was dirty. Hair in the tub, the walls l

The roof was leaking when it rained i tried to tell front desk but the door was locked & nobody answered the phone. When i checked out i was supposed to get my $50 deposit back but once again the office was closed & nobody answered the phone so i dropped the room keys in the key return box& left.

The room was not condusive for anyone who had health issues. The ceiling had water dripping from it & black stains. My bed linens were damp & the floor was also wet. I arrived late in the evening & left the following morning. Because I have asthma & an autoimmune disease, the room was a toxic & inhabitable. The desk clerk didn't speak English well & I was told that I would be refunded for my charges. A month later, I am having to dispute it.
