Great property

Staff was not very responsive. Never responded to text messages and that was the only way to get ahold of anybody during the week. The weekend staff (Saturday) person was helpful but she was the only person that was. Wedding planning personal was unhelpful as well.

The room we stayed in was nice but the walk in shower had two high steps that was NOT senior excess able.

the hotel does not have hotel staff after 4:30, during my stay I arrived after 5 and before 8 and never saw an employee or someone to deal with the issues (TV didn't work). virtual support is one thing but ability to call a physical front desk human would be welcomed and appreciated.

The room was very large with newer carpeting. Room was very bright in the morning. I wish they had a way to block out the bright morning sun. Maybe darkening blinds. Otherwise, I was happy with the stay.

My stay there was very comfortable and cozy. Check-in was easy. I had a broken air conditioner and they changed me to a different room with ease. On Check-out day my key was demagnified. I downloaded the keyless app but it would not open my door. I called the emergency number and left a message, but no response. The front desk note reads that someone would be there by 8:30am. Being locked out of my room i could not checkout. I left for breakfast at 10am and the front desk was still unoccupied. I was very disappointed. I had to return at noon to checkout. I really recommend that you have a 24 hour phone number in case of emergencies.
