Einzig die Lage ist gut. Alles andere war eine Katastrophe!

Sehr schlechter Service und unaufmerksames Personal. Zuerst gab es unsere Reservierung nicht, dann war das Gepäck verschwunden. Zimmer und Pool waren verschmutzt, das Buffet beim Frühstück wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Bei dem Preis eine echte Schweinerei. Das Grand steht für Grand Catastrophe, aber nicht für Grand Hotel. Absolut enttäuschend.
