Clean room, but there is nothing in the kitchen. You need to tell the front desk what you need. There wasn’t even a plastic drinking glass. It was late when I arrived and early when I left so i didn’t bother to stock the room. I’d stay there again but I’ll be better prepared.

Holes in the wall. Pillows are terrible, too small and soft 😪 The floors are noisy when you walk. Almost sounds / feels like the floors are sticky.

The room smelt so much like bleach it was over powering and giving us headaches. Great to know they “cleaned it” the sink in bathroom would flood if turned on and only had hot water , the fridge was beyond gross on the outside inside smelt like bleach. The window curtains didn’t close all the way when asked the front crawl was handed two rubber bands and basically told that’s all they could do at that time.

Booked double room. Had adult and 2 14 year olds on reservation. Got to hotel- given key. SOMEONE IN ROOM!!!! Only room left in hotel had 1 king bed. Not OK for the reservation. Bedding was very stained. Could not stay at property due to hotel error. Expect a refund! Can't find a number to call you! Hotel said they would verify request to cancel. Staff name was Carolina.

The room seemed clean and quiet.

Every wall, floor, ceiling, piece of furniture, cabinet, and even the toilet seat was either chipped, flaking, peeling, loose, and/or cracked. The shower valve was missing one of its two handles, no hair dryer as advertised. There is a complete lack of maintenance inside the rooms, in the common areas, parking lot, and especially the stairwells. Garbage cans overflowing, mysterious liquid stains in the stairs and elevator. The room had a kitchenette but not as much as a single drinking glass or even a fork! The cabinets were completely bare. The advertised toaster was missing. You must request these items be brought to your room. The advertised breakfast is really "Grab and Go", coffee, dry cereal, and mabye a granola bar. Dont expect a covered overhang when you pull up. Total exposure to the weather when loading or unloading. This property was a dissapointment. Ironically a woman and here son with a reservation had to leave after checking in as someone was already in their room. I felt bad for them at the time but in hindsight they were the lucky ones! Simple maintenance and common area housekeeping leaves an impression on travelers.

There are few staff present and the breakfast was only coffee and a couple of cheap snack sized muffins not worth their sugar content. Most importantly the elevator was filthy and stunk, and hallways worn and outdated. My room was clean but outdated. Thanks clientele was about one half solid working crews with trucks, a quarter regular travelers and the rest long term stays who appeared very sketchy and unstable. I’m not coming back.

Bed sheets could be a little thicker, it was very thin.

So, it's fine for the money--they take pets, there's parking, and there's a kitchen. Not much around except highways. Other guests are loud. The premises are dirty, and there's trash all around the grounds. Staff is pretty much absent, and there are no cleaners anyone can find. The "breakfast" consists of coffee and really sweet tiny muffins in plastic wrap. It would be good to have non-sweetened creamer.
