The staff was very nice/friendly, but the hotel was not at all like the picture online...it was pretty dilapidated and we could not stay due to bed bugs found. Also, the "free" breakfast was not as expected as it's only a grab'n'go type.....packaged snacky type food.

The staff was rude when checking in, I was very tired after driving 21 hours. They didn't go over anything. they just took payment and handed me the keys. The room smelled, and there was visual water damage to the floors as the floor was peeling up. There was a weird wet stain on the carpet that looked like slime.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s not safe at all and there was no one at the front desk during the night time.
