The so called “breakfast” was nothing but packaged sugar. No shampoo in the bathroom. The staff was amazing!

Yes must carry their own lemons and towels to the front desk if they want to change them! Kitchen not equipped at all. Not even a glass.

"It was so uncomfortable checked out early very disappointed"

Nice location

The a/c didn’t work so it was hot and humid and there were cockroaches everywhere and they wanted to charge me extra to switch rooms
