The location was great for us. The hotel is brilliant as are the staff who went out of their way to make our 5 night stay perfect. Loved the Jacuzzi and used it every day.

We absolutely loved our stay at Santo Mangata Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to make our stay special. Being upgraded to the executive room with an outdoor jetted tub was such a treat, perfect for relaxing after exploring. The room itself was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail and comfort. Everything throughout the hotel was spotless and well cared for, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. We also really appreciated the little touches, from the thoughtful service to the overall warm and friendly vibe. It felt like a true home away from home, but with the luxury of a boutique hotel.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Ground floor rooms near the bar are noisy especially when the staff cleans out the place.

Cannot recommend more highly! After a disappointing experience with another hotel, we booked this hotel last minute and are so glad we did! We were completely blown away from the moment we were welcomed at reception by the lovely Biona. The bar staff, reception team and manager were friendly, welcoming and professional demonstrating an outstanding level of customer service! The hotel itself is lovely with great facilities including a gym, spa and pool and is only a short walk away from the lovely parissa beach, a small stretch of bars, restaurants and boutique stores. Do not hesitate to book this boutique hotel, it is a wonderful oasis of peace and tranquility with an exceptional level of customer service!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was super friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks were really delicious. Everything was really well done. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, and it’s also super clean – which I really appreciated. The whole place has a really nice, relaxed vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away. The location is also perfect – it’s in a great area and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Super convenient if you want to spend time by the sea. Overall, I had a great experience and would totally recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast was very good and enough. The staff was very-very friendly. A lot of technical innovations. The hotel with beatiful interior design. Jacuzzi on the terrace for private use. Convenient location of a everyday needs shop right opposite the hotel.

Need to build more hotels like this!

What a fantastic time I had here! The location, the quality, the facilities, the staff, all of it was simply superlative. I booked five days as a solo holiday for myself to simply unwind and relax, and the entire team could not have been more accommodating. On arrival I was greeted with a smile and a drink before receiving a free upgrade to my room with a jacuzzi! From that point onwards my stay could not have been any better. The quality of the hotel is exceptional, always clean and tidy, and the staff are a credit to it. Indeed, the whole team, from Petrit, Julia, Elisabet, all the front-of-house staff, and in particular Chris and Mike, are a credit to hotel and made me feel right at home. They are professionals of the highest order who made my stay feel incredibly personal and as though I was amongst friends - thank you. The location is perfect, being only a short walk to the beach at Perissa and with super easy access to the other areas of Santorini via the bus stop located a stone's throw away from the hotel. I cannot speak highly enough of my stay here. It was a five-star experience from start to finish and I will certainly be returning in the future.

Fantastic pool, excellent staff, room upgrade on arrival and vibe of the hotel. Use of Isla beach club loungers for free.

Could be more shade around the pool and unfortunately the sun umbrellas don't provide much shade. I also prefer adjustable sun loungers rather than squashy sunbeds which can't be adjusted for reading or moved easily. The continual music from the pool bar. Not enough lighting in the room.
