Staff and the hotel manager were super friendly and helpful! If we had any problem, they solved it right away. We got free room upgrade with whirpool, super cool. The room comes with a lots of pros; very clean, everyday cleaning service, room was big and of course whirpool made it very luxury experience. The whole place was very clean without any doubt. Hotel gym was also pretty good. Not far away from the beach and free parking spots for hotel guests. Great hotel overall.

I gave 9/10 because only one thing that I did not like in the hotel and that was breakfast. It was good quality and there is options, you do get your stomach full but I need to be honest and say that I expected more from 5* hotel.

If you are looking for something truly amazing, with a vibe that’s both laidback and upscale: this is the Hotel for you! It’s new, only 24 or so rooms wich makes it very intimate. You will never know, looking from the outside what is hidden on the inside… but let me give you a clue. You will be pampered and looked after by the fantastic staff who will anticipate and accomodate your every need. You will sleep in beds that feel like laying on clouds in rooms that are beautifully designed. Ours had a jacuzzi on the patio. You will eat food that is prepared with love so you have energy to get the most of every nev day. You will listen to great tunes by the pool while enjoying the sun, your company or simply a good book. Everything was outstanding in our experience here- I mean everything! But… none of it would be exeptional without the people behind it. So, book your stay- if you are lucky enough to be able to find a room. And bring your positive energy to this magical place, and see what happens! We found friends for life and we will come back year after year I’m sure. My stay here was super! Great service from the nice personal. It had a very nice breakfast buffet. The beach is nearby, and it’s quiet and nice. Easy to rent something if you need to get around the island. Everything nearby like shops and restaurants. Very clean room, and you get all the help you need 24/7. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with wonderful news: an upgrade to a room with a private jacuzzi on the terrace, our room already ready before check-in time, and a delicious welcome drink. These thoughtful gestures immediately made the start of our vacation even more special. The hotel itself is simply beautiful. We absolutely loved the splendid outdoor pool, a true oasis of relaxation. The restaurant was excellent, offering delicious dishes and impeccable service. We also had the chance to use the gym, and we found the latter to be perfectly equipped with everything needed for a good workout.The hotel also has a splendid SPA. The location is truly unbeatable. The hotel is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the beach and is also very close to shops, restaurants, and pharmacies. We especially appreciated the partnership with Isla Beach, where hotel guests receive complimentary, super comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. This made our beach days incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Furthermore, the private parking was incredibly convenient and stress-free. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the entire team, without exception. The reception staff were always smiling and incredibly helpful, ready to assist with our every need with professionalism and kindness. At breakfast, Mike and Julia always welcomed us warmly, fulfilling every request with great attention. At the bar, Marios and the cocktail guy (whose name we didn't catch because his apron always covered his name tag) delighted us with delicious cocktails and impeccable service – the Moscow Mule was superb! A special thank you also goes to Greta, our housekeeper, who with her impeccability and kindness surprised us every day by finding towels folded into different shapes, a touch that added an extra smile to our days. We can't wait to come back! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our week truly unforgettable.

Our entire stay was absolutely exceptional. The manager and team at Santo Mangata were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond for us. We were also given a complimentary glass of prosecco on arrival and a room upgrade to a suite with a jacuzzi! Our room was luxurious and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! The facilities were immaculate - we loved the pool and jacuzzi with views of the mountain! The food was top notch too! There was a fantastic selection at breakfast and lunch and dinner were also delicious. Truly a five star experience - it was hard to leave!

We had a truly amazing stay at this hotel! From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed with delicious welcome drinks, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The service was excellent — our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. All the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet was fantastic — a wide variety of fresh and tasty food that exceeded our expectations. The hotel also has a great swimming pool with a jacuzzi, sauna and hamam which were perfect for relaxing. And the beach is just a 3-minute walk away — super convenient and ideal for beach lovers! One of the most touching moments was on the last day: as it was my boyfriend’s birthday, the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. Huge thanks for the hospitality! We would love to come back again! 💛

We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon here. Our room was upgraded and the property was beautiful. Great location near Persia beach.
