No soap,,towel dirty and bed falling apart

I have stayed her many times. Central to city, good breakfast, low rate

We liked beautiful place good breakfast good receptionists.

A lot of stairs to get up to front door. Shame there was a black bag of rubbish in doorway when we arrived gave me bad impression. Staff very nice , parking right outside £4 a day not bad for city centre . Room was clean . And warm. Loads of tea and coffee etc in room good tv and Wi-fi. But we had a drip outside our window very annoying room 38 also bed very hard and pillows not comfy. Breakfast actually not bad good selection including haggis . Would say better than travelodge.

Exactly as expected, this was a repeat visit though.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, lovely new carpet Property being refreshed. Lots of stairs! Did not like pile of old furniture, carpet and a mattress in hall at bottom of staircase.
