Close to the beach, comfortable, clean bed, clean room, fire place in room, balcony , my husband said the pool was okay.

No elevator, stains on carpet in hallway, stairs and hall looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while, hot tub didn’t work, wifi sucked and didn’t work most of the time, no cell service, tv went out one night, sitting area furniture worn, bit dirty and uncomfortable, dents in the wall and ceiling, bathroom mirror was corroding or something, parking tight and awkward (good thing I can parallel park), highway noise outside.
