"Good"

Housekeeping staff did not clean our room even once during our 3 night stay. We reminded the den desk staff and the housekeeping staff multiple times. We didn’t even have enough towels in the room either and the team was very slow to respond.

"Not good. The breakfast was very little and awful. the sausage was to spicy for breakfast."

Not much

The floor was sticky and dirty. The plug in the4 bathtub was broken and didn't hold the water. I couldn't take a bath because of this and had to take a shower. The shower head was awful and water went outside the tub onto the floor. Check the bed and sofa. My husband and I both began itching a couple of days later and have bites all over our bodies consistent with bed bugs.

"Best place to stay in Austin!"

This is such an excellent hotel. I have stayed here 3 times now and it is always a wonderful experience to stay here. Most hotels in Austin are pretty ratty. This hotel for the price is the best hotel I have found to stay in Austin. The staff are always friendly. The hotel has an excellent free breakfast and is always very clean. The hotel has a lovely courtyard to relax by the pool. I highly recommend it.

It is all excellent nothing bad.
