I did not like how we prepaid before we travelled and then had to leave another deposit again at the property that is double jeoaprdy. I did not appreciate that at all.

Great location and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Easy check in and out process. This is our second time staying here. We would stay here again. Also a Circle K is right next door, so that's very convenient. The restaurant on site had good food, too.

There's not much we didn't like. Only small details that aren't that big of an issue. We asked for extra towels and never recieved them, but we made it work. There wasn't anything else that stands out as negative.

Price was good. Staff was good and answered questions.

Lighting was low in room, no exhaust in bathroom...it steamed up from shower. Breakfast buffet was very small as was the eating area. Had to ask for an iron. It seems overall that some bad things have happened inside this hotel for them to be protective of certain items( had to ask for an iron) as well as a deposit in case of damages??? Ramada use to be known as a prestige hotel, this one was good, but not as a ramada that I remember
