I liked that the balcony faced the pool even though we did get to use it.

The was a very bad musty spell when we got to the room that never really went away. We asked for extra towels and only received them one of the three days we were there. It was extremely hard to communicate with most of the staff due to language issues. Most of the staff did not speak English. The provided breakfast had very little to choose from. It was in a space that should have been a closet. There was no cable TV or the ability to stream on the TV, only a digital TV signal. I found a power cable with exposed wires under the bed side table and didn't find an outlet to plug my phone into.
