Elevator was not working, the machine was not working, there was moldy food left in the microwave in our room.

The Hotel is in a awful neighborhood. It was filthy dirty. Not well kept everything was broken elevator broke pool dirty and closed room smelled musty. Sheets were dingy. Towels didn't match and were dingy. Just awful and I had to prepay mow I see why because I would have gotten my money back. And it had roaches

It was at least clean which is definitely a good thing! However, the elevator was out of service. The pool was out of service. So was the ice machine. And the room we stayed in had no way to turn on the shower head which I am not sure how they are even still able to rent that particular room if no one is able to bathe in it! But the gentleman at the front desk was still very kind and I know it wasn't his fault directly.

The elevator was out. So I was put in room 204. When I got to to the room and opened the door it hadn’t been cleaned. So then I was put on the 3rd floor after requesting not to be. No water pressure out the bathroom sink.

Too many problems to list. A/C didn't work, hole ing the wall, beds dirty & lumpy, bathroom tub was patched over & over and shower head didn't work properly. Dirty carpet and the elevator didn't work with this 3 story building getting luggage up was hard. Some rooms don't have room #'s on them. Walls so thin you hear everything. Fire alarm hanging from ceiling from the wires. No towels in the room had to ask for some. Stains on the sheets. Not worth more than $25/ night. This place is a dump. The owners don't care that's obvious. Don't waste your money stay in your car you'd be better off. I went & bought 2 blankets & pillows at Target to lay on. The 1st hotel that made me feel dirty staying in it. Pictures on the internet are not what you get.

The property was in very bad shape. It was dirty. The pool was green. The elevator was broken. We had no towels. The bed lines had blood on them. There were chips all over the floor. Some doors didn't have door knobs. I can't believe we paid $450 for this room. It was one of the most terrible places I've ever stayed.

Very nasty. Elevators don’t work. Roaches in the room. No manager on duty so have to wait to get refund and had to spend more to get another hotel. Worst ever

Upstairs bathroom was leaking to my bathroom. Towels & pillow covers was stained, breakfast was cereal and cold coffee. I payed &700 something for 3 nights for this place. Just aweful. When they hear that the reservation made through the Expedia, they give the worst room. Always!

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! 1. Upon arrival, we were told the elevator did not work. When I checked the elevator, the sign posted was faded and damaged...the elevator hasn't been working for a while. 2. We were taken to a room with no air conditioning. 3. Our room had no towels or washcloths. I asked for them twice, and they were never delivered. 4. Holes in the sheets. Stains on the bedding. 5. Missing light bulbs in the bathroom. 6. Popped tiles on the entry and bathroom floors were reinstalled with caulk, causing a trip hazard. 7. Carpet in hallways and staircases looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. When I asked for a refund, I was told I had to go through Expedia.
