Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lubbock, TX

It was horrible. We didn’t even unpack our things. There were cockroaches and the ac didn’t work. The tile was cracked. It was really bad. The walls were ripped up.

When I booked the day before, they told me that all amenities were in working order. Upon my arrival, they tood me that their pool and hot tub area was under maintenance. The reason why I booked was tonuse those amenities, my children always like to swim while we stay. They told me they wouod give me q refund. So I booked at another hotel. They kept giving me the runaround and faioed to give me my refund. I ended up paying for two hotels in the same night.

Everything was broken, we were given a room on the third floor. I was told the elevator was broken. We get to the room. There was missing tile on the floor, and all the other tile pieces were loose felt like the floor would sink in when we would step Due to the loose tiles.

No close food places

No wash cloths and no body towels. Gave me an index card with room#, wifi password and breakfast hours instead of room key holder

The place was horrible and safety hazard.

In desperate need for refurbishment. Pealing paint, outlets hanging off in dining room, old half & half (it was chunky), stained sheets that need to be replaced. Missing iron and ironing board, no hangers. The bathroom had rusty towel racks that were falling off the wall. We had exactly 2 towels and 1 hand towel, no washcloths. The curtains were stained and coming off the track. We came into town for a concert and got back to the hotel at midnight and they had deactivated our key cards even though our reservation is until the 10th and check out is at 11am not midnight.

The hotel room was filthy, literally dried urine all over the toilet seat, dirty floor, not vacuumed. The front desk changed our room, but the next room we got was also filthy, had a dirty toilet, no towels, unclean bathroom counters, dirty floor, carpet not vacuumed, parts of a coffee maker missing & no cups. Only thing good was the A/C & bed looked clean, though it only had a single top sheet over the mattress. Since it was late, we were tired & there was no refund, we cleaned what we could with our disinfectant wipes. So disgusting! Another couple was complaining at the same time. My husband had to go ask for towels. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom & floor tiles loose. Will never stay at any hotel with Radison attached to the name. Oh, and included breakfast, big joke. Wouldn’t have eaten anyway.
