"Close to shopping"

The hotelroom we got looks very old and we got a smoking room, so it didn't smell good for a non smoker

"Hotel suited to garmet buyers"

Hotel is clean and safe located in the garment district . Basic facilities that most travellers will require. Stayed here several times . Staff are friendly by Chinese standards. Food offered is western or Chinese. Be careful when using taxis. The drivers will often switch your money for counterfeit and try to say you gave them "bad money". Happened to us reported to hotel staff who did not care.

"Didn't change bedsheet, Got hair on our bed."

They didn't change bedsheet when we check in. Have hair on the bed. Room very old and dirty. Dirty walls. Counter service sucks. Attitude bad. Even only two customers have to wait quite long. Not convenient of food. Only macdonalds and KFC.

"A nice hotel with prime location."

the hotel is house in a prime location.Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.Check in and check out is fast and easy.It is well worth the price. The bad parts are, the toilet produce some bad smell because of bad plumbing job.The fitness gym is constantly locked up so no guests can use it.

They bother to check with us items that we left in the room. It is what we no longer wanted but it is the thought that count. Very convenient location.

"Mediocre hotel close to wholesale market"

Bad service.. Asked for more hangers they told me no.. We were 2 people and only 4 hangers.. Asked to have something photocopied the copy machine was broken. Prostitutes ringing ur door bell in the middle of the night.. Calls from prostitutes.. A pimp stands outside the hotel every day.
