Liuhua Hotel

Hotel is old and getting a taxi is a real problem. Concierge not very helpful.Can get better hotel with the price.

REASONABLE PRICE FOR A GOOD HOTEL, NEAR TO TRAIN STATION AND WATCH MARKET. VERY CLEAN HOTEL.

Location is very near to sub way and wholesales central. Hotel condition is good, except Wifi signal is weak and many down time. Staff are helpful. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Front desk service & ambience was good but housekeeping wasn't!

Rooms are dirty, everything is used up. They don't even provide you with shower gel, or shampoo properly. I had an argument in front of the lobby with a Chinese, and I asked for help with the translation. The lobby boy left, someone came from the reception, but was not willing to translate, told me to call the police. Not what you would expect as help from the hotel staff. The other bad thing since last year is the Taxi situation. The hotel has 2-3 Taxis standing in front of the hotel, but you can not take them on the meter, like other taxis, but they tell you for how much they take you to places. To places near buy they don't even accept the ride, on longer rides they ask 30-50% more. And the hotel knows about his, and does not do anything. So if you as a hotel guest need a proper Taxi, you need to catch one that is not in front of the hotel. This does not happen at any of the international chains.

This is a 4 star hotel, Not convenient for any enjoyment, very strict rules I stayed in this hotel from last many years, but will not stay next time, Its better to stay in a 3 star hotel,I look at many other 3 stars hotels in same district,they are better then this hotel,

This hotel has very bad breakfast for years they don't just get it . guest including myself have to have breakfast some where else and if I give their breakfast another chance the result is regret.

It was largely OK. The staff weren't exactly the friendliest but it's not a bad place to stay in. I probably would try another place next time I have to go to Guangzhou.

There is a mcdonalds on the first floor which helps if u get sudden hunger pangs. But there is not much eating places nearby. However, u r just next to the bus terminal , metro and train station which makes it easy to get around. Being just 1/2hr away from the airport helps so u can maximize ur time in GZ.

Hotel is ok but have lousy breakfast.
