Red Lion Inn & Suites Junction City

The water pressure and temperature. Staff, awesome. Coffee 24 hrs. The room was huge. They love dogs. Returns deposit. Just a welcome escape from the road the man at the desk was so Cool, Idk how else to explain it.

Finally a change of room

I arrived dog tired. Went straight to bed. Awoke in an hour or so with feeling I was being insect bitten. I got up, turned on the light and saw several bed bugs. I called the operator and the desk clerk came along with a maintenance man. The too observed the bed bugs. They did comp the room but bugs were not what I expected. Also, the top sheet was gone from the bed with bugs. The replacement comped room had no soap or shampoo--I was too tired to complain. The maid staff needs to be trained!!!. I'll not be staying at Red Lion--hopefully understood.

I stayed here for a very long time, couple months. The reception guy was always nice and helpful, he accomodated most of my requests. The hotel is clean and cozy, the room is very big in comparison to other places nearby where I stayed. Initially I came here just for one month. However than I decided to stay longer while my command didn't allow me to get into barracks. And when my plan changed and I needed to deploy the hotel accomodated me and conveniently changed my booking dates with payment change. Price is very good btw also. The only disadvantage is maintenance big wide guy was usually non friendly and non helpful. Other than that, it is a great place to stay in.

Entry door to room could not latch & seal correctly…outside door handle appeared to be broken…. Keycards had to be reprogrammed multiple times a day…. Staff seemed unconcerned when we reported clogged toilet
