Reserved a king room but was put in a double room. The guy working couldn't explain anything. There was nowhere to park. The deadbolt on the door was broken. The carpet felt like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Shower was warm at best.

"Not worth the risk!!"

The front desk host was not welcoming. Didn't answer any questions and was rude. The fridge and microwave were broken. Didn't need them, thank goodness. Sink didn't drain well and the water pressure was crap.

"This is a disgraceful property to stay at and one that you need to end your own business with."

Nothing. It’s Nora hotel that Booking.com should partner with.

Where do I start? The sink faucet barely turned on the water. There were bugs crawling around. The food for breakfast was not good. The shower curtain was barely hanging on the rod.
