I checked the reviews prior to booking this hotel and saw nothing about these issues, so let me give you the real… This hotel is a hot mess! From the moment we checked in there were nothing but issues. The tile floor in our room was wet, the carpet was nasty, (which I overheard 2 other customers complain about as well). There’s some kind of residue in the carpet that tracks onto the tile floor so make sure you leave nothing on the floor. The cleaning staff may fully service the room some days, and then again they may just change the covers on the bed, leaving you to deal with the trash or your room just wouldn’t get serviced at all because the housekeeping manager didn’t show up for work, as if that’s a real excuse. One day we waited hours for fresh towels and trash bags to be brought back up and ended up having to go down and get them ourselves. It’s no wonder our room had ants and what appeared to be a roach, but the manager said it was a beetle, whatever it was it shouldn’t’ve been in our room. We dealt with ants our entire stay! The electrical outlets in the room don’t work either. You nearly have to have the plug hanging halfway out of the socket before anything even powers on. Unfortunately we couldn’t check out, and the manager knew this, because every hotel in the surrounding area was booked solid due to the NFL flag championship games, so we were stuck! They don’t ever have to worry about us returning.

Conveniently located near highway , yet no traffic noise. Numerous restaurants to choose from near by a long with stores if needed.

The check-in employee was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond on our behalf, especially given our late-night arrival. The breakfast was better than we’ve had at other hotels and ended later!
