"Sad for me and my man"

No hot water ...no receptionist...no working toliet .... alarms ring randomly three out the night ... people smoking and ... people coming to your room and you don't smoke ...very disappointed and I called spoke to someone and still received no help I'm done

"Do not waste your money or compromise your safety!"

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it was cute and cozy. We decided to stay there again because of it. That was a bad idea. It is now an unkept so-called hotel. We did not feel safe there, the room was dirty, and it was terribly noisy throughout the night. There is also no one at the desk if you need anything. It is way overpriced for what you get. Stay elsewhere!

I didnt like anything about the property! My 2nd night the fire alarm went off i had to leave my room and stand outside until the fire department arrived. I will not recommend this hotel and will never stay at this hotel ever again when im im miami.
