Odyssey of South Beach Apart Hotel

I liked how close it was to the beach and the stores around it.

Cute place. Could use some work. Laminate Floors were cracked in my room due to uneven floor.

The place is rundown, the pictures ARE NOT what the whole place looks like! There is no lobby

Everything about staying at this property was horrible! There was no staff at all the whole weekend we stayed. The was no room service and no towels. There were even people loitering and gambling in front of the build. The final straw for my husband and I was when the fire alarm when off and proceeded to blare for about an hour before we called 911 for them to reach the fire department. I will NEVER EVER stay here again!

Management Was very friendly, Room was clean , restaurants with walking distance,.

They are horrible call to cancel reservations no one never answer the phone they took my money I would not let a dog stay there.

I was very disappointed after checking in, hotel is nothing like on the pictures. Very damaged and zero maintenance. Floors, furniture, walls, everything was damaged and had stains, even sheets had stains on it. Not worth $173.

The hotel is very well located. I believe they need people to work there 24 hrs. They should imrpove the cleaning at the entrance of the building and the security.

From the very beginning, I was upset. I booked through hotels.com & chose the option to pay at hotel. 2 days prior to the trip, they took out money. It’s not listed on the hotels site, but on the actual website. They only have house keeping every 2 days. Then fire alarm went off at 3 am, randomly. The bathroom is super small & does not have a full shower door. No microwave in room or in hotel at all. They do not want to give you extra towels. When they do give you extra towels, they’re counting how many you have. I spent 5 days there and hated it. I would’ve gotten another hotel, but it was a busy week in south beach lol. Only good thing about this hotel is the closeness to the beach.

This place was the worst place I ever been in. I did not stayed the night as soon as I saw a bed bug I was out. Never again
