Odyssey of South Beach Apart Hotel

The manager was great!! The hotel is close to EVERYTHING. We did not have to Uber much unless we wanted to go to Midtown or Wynwood. The only negative is that there was not a pool but the beach is a block away!

It was nice, on collins ave, so it was close to everything, very convenient, over all, for the price , it was great, id definitely stay again.

It wasn’t clean. There was no staff and when u did find staff to ask they barely wanted to assist.

The place was just full of bugs & they don’t give you clean bedding when asked they give you a lot of attitude

The self check in process was unique. The fact that there was no staff on property and the contact number was only available during business hours, made the guess fin for them selves overnight. I had an issue with flooding a few hours after check in, I emailed the property contact person with no response, then I was woken out of my sleep with bugs crawling on me and all in the bed!! I immediately packed all my things and and waited outside the building for a staff member to arrive so I could report the problem and receive a refund for the remainder of my reservation. The staff greeted me with a unpleasant tone, told me that because we are by the water I had to expect the bugs. I refused to accept that And requested a refund she told me to contact the 3rd party I booked through so I did. When asked for her name she was reluctant to give it to me. Very rude and not helpful at all.

Nice, clean and quiet apart-hotel. Karina was very helpful, cordial, pleasant and she help me correct a mistake I made on my date of arrival, while Expedia was not able to do it. Thanks, Karina

Pro: No hassle check in. Walking distance to everything. Cons: The room has chipped cabinets, dents on the walls, rust on the furniture and the bed was near the floor had dust on the edge of the platform and small, one of the lamps you had to unplug from socket. Hair on the bed. The bathroom has chipped walls, mirror was dirty, they do not clean the rooms daily. At night you can hear the noise from the street.

Was simple and clean. Great location

I usually stay at South Beach around 6 times yearly. I have to say, this hotel is extremely clean, sometimes a little noisy (is at Collins), but overall, very pleasant stay
