The location was great. Beautiful scenery

I booked online, and when I got there to check in was told pool was down. The only reason I booked this property was for the heated pool. She did offer to go to the sister property after she seen the disappointment in my face.

Close to the Ocean and Restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee all day long which is a plus and Breakfast was very good

"What a sweet spot!"

I was a bit skeptical when we first pulled in, but this place ended up being so cute and charming! Small amount of rooms so it's easy to navigate whatever the need. The location couldn't be better. Dining and beautiful walking paths super close. The room was a bit updated and very comfortable. Service was good. Reserve directly through the hotel for free breakfast.

"Perfect relaxing stay."

Location perfect! We were in the family room which had a fenced in patio we opened in the morning and enjoyed our breakfast. No ocean view but we could hear the ocean and the air was so fresh. It was just so relaxing. Weve been to the Sea Otter many times, it is our hotel of choice. Love the picnic basket breakfast in the mornings and free hot cocoa and outdoor fireplaces at night.

Very sad the jacuzzi wasnt available.

"Cozy, clean, comfortable"

Not only are the rooms cozy, clean, and comfortable, the manager was amazing. She went out of her way to help us after I made a booking error. The location was gorgeous, and they even deliver breakfast in a cute basket! Such a special place.
